I agree with the no home phone. Except, our city is mad because we don't have a home phone so they have to install a wireless radio signal to track our water consumption. Welcome to 2006 people! Lots of (esp. young people) don't have home phones!
Updated, just for you hahahaha... actually I think I've been doing pretty good this week - 8 posts since Monday.
Funny note about the home phone - the friend who helped me install the power supply on Jeffrey's computer last week has to come over this weekend to use our phone line to test a modem on a computer that he is fixing up for his in-laws.
Roxanne that is funny! You are right, no land line *IS* common, especially with the younger generation.
I didn't know that the city tracked water consumption via a phone line though...
